1. PARKING RATES Tractor Only: $150 per month per parking spot. Truck with Trailer: $200 per month per parking spot. A deposit is required before parking access is granted — Tractor Only deposit: $150; Truck with Trailer deposit: $200. Deposits may be applied toward the final month's payment or unpaid balances unless forfeited under this Agreement.

2. PAYMENT TERMS Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Zelle, and Cash App. A 3% service fee will be added to all Credit/Debit Card and Cash App payments. Phone: (704) 216-4255 ext. 105 Email: blueandyellowllc@outlook.com All payments must be made on or before the due date.

3. LATE PAYMENT Any unpaid balance after the due date is considered late. A $25 late fee per parking spot will be added every 7 days until payment is received. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of parking privileges. Blue + Yellow, LLC reserves the right to remove vehicles for nonpayment where permitted by law.

4. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT Before parking any vehicle, all clients, drivers, or authorized users must provide valid identification. Accepted identification: a government-issued photo ID or valid driver's license, with a clear copy of the front and back. Required information: full legal name, a valid phone number, and company name (if applicable). Clients must notify management immediately if any information changes.

5. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS Truck number; trailer number (if applicable); company name; Certificate of Insurance (COI); and any additional documents requested by management. Failure to provide required documents may result in denial or termination of parking access.

6. PARKING STICKER Each approved vehicle must display an official Blue + Yellow, LLC parking sticker/pass at all times while parked on the property. Vehicles without a valid sticker may be considered unauthorized and may be removed or towed.

7. ASSIGNED PARKING SPACES Only approved and assigned vehicles may park on the property, and only in their designated assigned spaces. Unauthorized or unassigned vehicles may be removed or towed at the owner's expense.

8. PROPERTY RULES Strictly prohibited: vehicle repairs; vehicle washing; dumping of trash, tires, oil, or hazardous fluids; dumping vehicle parts, pallets, debris, or equipment; and blocking lanes, entrances, exits, or other vehicles. Violation may result in immediate termination.

9. CLEANLINESS / DEPOSIT POLICY Trash must be disposed of in designated areas only. If a Client or driver leaves tires, trash, oil, hazardous fluids, vehicle parts, broken pallets, debris, or junk outside approved areas, the deposit becomes non-refundable. Additional cleanup fees may apply if damages exceed the deposit.

10. BLOCKING / IMPROPER PARKING Prohibited: parking in lanes, blocking trucks or trailers, blocking entry/exit routes, and parking in another customer's assigned space. Improperly parked vehicles may be towed immediately at the owner's expense.

11. TOWING POLICY Blue + Yellow, LLC does not provide towing services. Towing is handled solely by an independent third-party towing company, and affected customers may contact that company using posted information. Blue + Yellow, LLC is not responsible for towing fees, damages, disputes, delays, missed deliveries, business interruption, or financial losses caused by improperly parked vehicles. Vehicle owners assume full responsibility.

12. DAMAGE / THEFT LIABILITY Blue + Yellow, LLC is not responsible for theft, vandalism, fire, weather damage, vehicle damage, cargo loss, personal injury, or property damage. All vehicles and property are parked or stored at the owner's sole risk. Clients are strongly encouraged to maintain proper insurance coverage.

13. TERMINATION / NOTICE Blue + Yellow, LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, including for nonpayment, rule violations, false information, unsafe behavior, unauthorized vehicle use, or harmful conduct. Client must provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice before vacating. Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or additional charges. Upon termination, all vehicles and property must be removed immediately unless approved in writing.

14. ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE & GOVERNING LAW Client acknowledges that the Vehicle Information recorded in this Agreement is part of this Agreement. A typed signature constitutes an electronic signature under the federal E-SIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and applicable state law, and has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties regarding parking at the lot and is governed by the laws of the state in which the lot is located.
